7 DaysOur Terai Ashram, located about 200km east of Kathmandu near the sacred Narayani River in Nepal’s lush Terai jungle, is a secluded haven for inner peace, meditation, and yoga. Surrounded by organic gardens and cow pastures, it offers a unique chance to experience the local Tharu culture and enjoy jungle walks with wildlife like elephants and one-horned rhinos. Close to Lumbini, Buddha’s birthplace, the Ashram combines spiritual practice with nature’s beauty, providing personalized yoga and meditation experiences—including Raja, Karma, Hatha, and more—to promote physical health, mental balance, and self-enlightenment in a peaceful, self-sustained community setting.
Practicing Yoga and Meditation always brings balance between the body and the soul and to attain self-enlightenment. It helps to maintain a balance between the body and the mind to achieve inner peace and also bring stability to your body and the wandering mind by doing breathtaking exercises, relaxation techniques, Pranyam, Ashan and meditation. All these practices will provide you healthy, happier and a mentally sound approach to life.
