We make all our bookings under Auronepal Travel And Trek Pvt. Ltd. The company registration number is 17351/074/075, located at Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal.
TRIP & BOOKING CONTRACT:
Your booking is confirmed and an agreement exists when Auronepal Travel And Trek Pvt. Ltd writes a confirmation after receipt of the applicable deposit amount. Please check your confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to Auronepal Travel And Trek Pvt. Ltd immediately.
PAYMENT:
10% of the total trip cost to confirm the trip.
Rest of the amount you could pay on your arrival in Kathmandu before starting the trip. We prefer to take cash (any major currency); we also accept any kind of card or wire transfer, but you should pay the international transaction charge at that time.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you wish to change any part of your booking after you deposit for the trip, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible (minimum 30 days prior).
You can reschedule or transfer to others for the same trip (the trip cost may change, and we will ask you to cover the increase).
If, in case of an emergency, you would like to cancel the trip once you have been confirmed, you must let us know a minimum of 30 days in advance by writing to us. If you cancel the trip in less than 30 days, you won’t be able to get a refund on your deposit.
CUTTING YOUR TRIP SHORT:
If you are forced to cut the itinerary short for whatever reason, we are not obligated to refund the cost of any travel arrangements you have not used. If you cut short your trip and return home early in circumstances where you have no reasonable cause for complaint about the standard of accommodation and services provided, we will not offer you any refund for that part of your trip not completed, or be liable for any associated costs you may incur. Depending on the circumstances, your travel insurance may offer cover for curtailment, and we suggest that any claim is made directly with them.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS (NEPAL):
The following are applicable visa fees upon entering Nepal. These are best paid in cash in a major currency (the visa desk may be able to accept a credit card, but don’t count on it). Your passport must contain a blank page and needs to have at least 6 months validity on the date you are entering Nepal. Check this as soon as you book your trek.

US Dollars 50 for 30 days
US Dollars 125 for 90 days
Auronepal Travel And Trek Pvt. Ltd recommends you fill out the visa form online before your arrival. To fill it out online, please visit the Nepal Immigration Website. Once submitted, you will receive a submission receipt with a barcode. Please print it out and bring it along to acquire the visa. It works for fifteen days and becomes invalid thereafter. If so, you will have to fill it up again.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Auronepal Travel And Trek Pvt. Ltd strongly recommends that you issue travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, any loss, medical emergencies, and evacuation. We don’t endorse any particular travel insurance company, but if you need any help or recommendations, feel free to contact us via email or WhatsApp. We also encourage you to call your insurance company and check the specifics before arriving in Nepal. If you are climbing one of the trekking peaks, your policy will also need to cover “climbing” as an activity.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE:
We reserve the right to refuse service either in Kathmandu or on the trek. Fighting, heavy drinking, and verbal abuse of others in the group or of our guides or staff is unacceptable and is grounds for us to end our services at any time. Please be respectful to our staff and to other trekkers in the group.
USE OF PHOTOS AND VIDEOS:
Our guide, staff, or photographer may take photos and videos during your trip, and we may use those materials to promote our business through our website and social media.
