Today, early in the morning, we will leave Kathmandu around 1:30 AM and drive to Manthali Airport in the Ramechhap district. The drive takes about three to four hours, after which we will catch our flight to Lukla.

The flight from Manthali to Lukla takes approximately 30–35 minutes. Upon arrival in Lukla, we will meet our porter staff and hand over all our baggage. Once we're packed and ready, we will begin our trek, heading northwest from Lukla along the start of the famous Everest Base Camp (EBC) Trail.

Soon, we will enter the dense forests along the Dudh Koshi River and continue ascending the valley, keeping the river on our left. We will spend the night at the riverside village of Phakding — a Sherpa settlement located at a lower altitude than Lukla, so there's no need to worry about altitude-related issues at this stage.

Today’s trek continues along the Dudh Koshi River as we make our way into Sagarmatha National Park.

One of the highlights of today’s hike is crossing a suspension bridge adorned with colorful Tibetan prayer flags — a truly picturesque and memorable sight.

After crossing the bridge, we begin a steep ascent toward Namche Bazaar. You’ll notice a significant change in altitude as we climb. Upon reaching Namche, you can explore the surrounding area and enjoy a hot cup of coffee at a local teahouse.

Today, we stayed in Namche Bazaar to acclimatize to the Himalayan environment and prevent high-altitude sickness.

There are plenty of places to explore in Namche, such as museums, stupas, and monasteries. For those seeking adventure and scenic beauty, a hike to the Hotel Everest View offers stunning views of Mt. Everest and other majestic peaks — a perfect moment to enjoy coffee with your fellow trekkers.

You may also choose to hike to Khumjung village, a traditional Sherpa settlement in the high Himalayas. This offers a wonderful opportunity to interact with the locals and engage in a meaningful exchange of cross-cultural experiences.

Today, on the route to Gokyo Lake, we leave behind Namche Bazaar and follow a wide, smooth trail through Kyangjuma Village, offering breathtaking views of Himalayan giants such as Thamserku, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and Mt. Everest.

The trail then splits — one path leading to the classic Everest Base Camp trek, and the other toward Gokyo Lake. We take the Gokyo route, ascending toward Mong-La Pass. After crossing the pass, the trail descends and continues along the Dudh Koshi River via Phortse.

We finally reach Dole, where we will spend the night. The sunset views from Dole are truly unforgettable and a highlight for many travelers.

Today, our trail takes a steep climb with peaceful Himalayan views as we pass through Luza and Shomare (please confirm if "Shawarma" was a typo for "Shomare" or another location). Looking down into the valley, you’ll see the Dudh Koshi River flowing gracefully in its natural course.

Machermo is a small village surrounded by breathtaking Himalayan landscapes. Upon reaching this serene destination, you can take time to explore the settlement and experience the culture of the local Sherpa community.

Today, our route begins with a mesmerizing view of the high Himalayas as we ascend from Machhermo. The trail passes through a narrow valley that gradually widens, leading us to Pangkha, while continuing to follow the course of the Dudh Koshi River.

The trail becomes steeper as we approach and climb across the Ngozumpa Glacier, one of the longest glaciers in the Himalayas. Just above the glacier lies the breathtaking Gokyo Lakes. Upon crossing the glacier, we reach the lakes — surrounded by stunning views of snow-capped peaks.

Today, after breakfast, we hike to Gokyo Ri (5,357 m), a renowned viewpoint offering a panoramic view of the beautiful Gokyo village and its turquoise lakes from high above.

From the summit of Gokyo Ri, you'll witness breathtaking landscapes — including the majestic Himalayan peaks, the vast Ngozumpa Glacier, and the distant Renjo-La Pass. The higher we climb, the more spectacular the Gokyo Lakes appear, filling our hearts with a deep sense of awe and satisfaction.

After spending some time at the top, we descend back to Gokyo Lakes. After a short rest, we pack our bags and begin our journey back, leaving the lakes behind as we head toward Machhermo village, where we will spend the night.

Today, after exploring the high altitudes, we begin our descent back to Namche Bazaar, following the Dudh Koshi River via Dole Village. Along the way, we interact with members of the local community in Dole, experiencing their warmth and hospitality.

By evening, we reach Namche Bazaar, where a hearty dinner and a comforting hot shower await us — a well-deserved reward after days of trekking.

We spend the night sharing our joy and celebrating our successful journey with fellow trekkers — chatting, laughing, and recalling the challenging yet unforgettable moments from our trek to Gokyo Lake.

After a hearty breakfast in the morning, we pack our bags and begin our descent to Lukla, bidding farewell to the breathtaking Himalayan landscapes that have accompanied us throughout our journey.

As we leave Namche Bazaar, the trail leads us through lush green forests and across the iconic Hillary Suspension Bridge, adorned with vibrant Tibetan prayer flags fluttering in the wind — a final tribute to the mountains.

Once in Lukla, we take time to explore the town with our fellow trekkers and shop for souvenirs and thoughtful gifts to take home for our loved ones — mementos from the heart of the Himalayas.

Today, we take a 30-minute flight from Lukla to Manthali Airport and then drive back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, we will be directly transferred to the hotel, where you can rest and relax after the long journey.

In the evening, we will gather for a farewell dinner to celebrate the successful completion of our trek. After dinner, feel free to explore the lively Thamel area at night with your teammates — a perfect opportunity to pick up some final souvenirs or thoughtful gifts for your family and friends.

A staff member will accompany you to Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), which is approximately a 30-minute drive from the Thamel area — depending on traffic conditions.
